DIY Cake 2

The first one turned out so well that I bought another box "Swiss Roll Chestnut Cake". This is even cheaper at $2.50.

The construction also turned out much simpler. I clocked a faster time at only 4 hours to complete. See picture below for how it turned out.

While I was sewing, I tried to think of ways I could use these felt confections. As present toppers (see below), instead of the usual bow & ribbons.

Or as desk accessories (see below). The box suggests that I make the entire series and display them on a tray.
