Pezzo Pizza

 There is only takeaway available for Pezzo Pizza and I love their pizzas, especially the unusual dessert ones.

I ordered Hawaiian and Peperoni, regular size is quite big. The slices are also quite big, can be cut into two. Lasagne is individual portion size.

The garlic bread is heavenly, soo garlicky and buttery. The popcorn chicken and chicken wings are ok, same as any other fast food place.

Lerk Thai / Heng Kee Teochew Porridge Rice

 Reviewing another Thai eatery that turned out pretty good, also with new takeaway packaging. No complains about the green curry or krapow pork. The drinks and desserts are extra sweet and smooth, totally worth ordering again.

Ordered braised mushroom noodles from a new porridge place. The noodles have no chili unless you request for it and the accompanying soup is very salty.

I also ordered the old melon soup and honey chicken chop. Very tasty & flavorful food from here, chicken chop can be eaten with rice.

Jackson Fried Chicken / Heavenly Taste

New fried chicken place and the main thing is always the chicken skin crust. Here its crispy breading, so you feel like you are eating a thin toast with chicken. The chicken meat is soo unbelievably soft and juicy, I was not expecting that at all.

Cheese sticks and fries, I added in garlic aioli that makes these two sides taste like restaurant dishes.

Ordering several appetizers or small dishes from Heavenly Taste, a mala hotpot place at kitchener road. This place also stocks china bottled drinks and I am trying out a sour plum drink that is smoky or has the aftertaste of incense.

I chose the dishes based on the different types of chilis it is steeped in. Chicken and cucumber in sichuan chili oil, pork rolls with cucumber in garlic chili, century egg in green chili. Also ordered deep fried prawns that came with sweet mayonnaise, really makes a difference that it is sweet.

Cha Nung / Otai Cocomelon

This bubble tea brand translates literally as "tea from the alley" and its famous for its Azuki Matcha Latte, any bubble tea drink with red bean inside is a real treat. I ordered the iced coffee and its "gao" or really strong milk coffee that I love.

It's also well known for its winter melon mix tea drinks and here I ordered Kanten Aiyu that is a mix of black tea, green tea, oolong tea, wintermelon, basil seeds and aiyu jelly, I would like more lime with this but lime seeds are a bitter surprise in this drink.

I also ordered the beef noodle salad with sesame dressing. It's supposed to be like bibimbap, I don't like it. The Starbucks noodle salads have really set the standard for non-chili bowls, maybe this would have been better with gochujang sauce.

Coconut shakes and even an acai bowl from Otai Cocomelon! Coconut shakes are all over the computer games I am playing right now and Otai Cocomelon as well as Cococane has loads of these drinks. Enjoying my Happy Otai, a watermelon coconut shake that has bits of toasted coconut flakes in it.

The small size acai bowl is packed full of nuts and berries so much so each spoonful only has some of the acai sorbet. S$9.50 compared to S$8.90 the usual price of small size acai bowl from other places. It's also about the same price as a large size coconut shake from the same place.

Year-End Supplies for Stay-at-Home

 Trying not to order too much coz my family complains about the lack of storage space. Half of this is just sunday dinner. It's a $100 seafood dinner involving crabs in black pepper kungpao sauce.

Gelato pints from OOI Gelato that comes in local desserts like chendol and burburchacha, average price I paid was $7.50 a pint. There's also Thai milk tea flavor that I didn't order that this time. 

The drinks are Orangina in 1.4L glass carafes that I have never seen before, the price I paid was around $6 per carafe. I also got in on this minced pork offer at just $3.90 for 1kg, almost bought the whole pig.

Juice packs that do not require refrigeration, capri-sun safari jungle juice and bornkor Korean cherry juice. Each juice packet is under $1 each. Soo strange that the Korean cherry juice is packed like face masks, hope I don't get it mixed up.

Trying out Ben & Jerry's new flavors Netflix & Chill'd, Punchline, Gimme Smores, Glampfire Trail mix. Delivery left out Punchline and replaced it with Chocolate Cookie Dough so now I have 2 pints of Chocolate Cookie Dough and two Foodpanda vouchers to use.
