Clarins Review: Body Lift Lotion

I have been a fan of Clarins Total Body Lift for years. It is sold as a cellulite control cream but I really use it for lymphatic drainage. As you know, lymphatic drainage is good for reducing water retention and encouraging circulation in the area it is applied. For office-workers this removes the feeling of heaviness or puffiness from the body (i.e. legs and face) in the morning. And is helpful to athletes with sore muscles and minor bruising to help remove fluids from stressed areas of the body and encourage the natural healing process.

Clarins Total Body Lift has been re-invented into High Definition Body Lift with the notable removal of caffeine from the ingredients list. One of the main grouses I have with the old Total Body Lift is that I get really thirsty after use, that is significantly reduced with this new formula. The colour of the lotion has also changed from blue to white/pink, that is really of not much consequence. The lotion is still non-greasy and easily absorbed by the skin.

This is not a weight-loss product! It is also not a moisturizer! It does provide a nice finishing touch for body-conscious individuals and for people who are looking for a good lymphatic drainage cream. There is a similar Clarins product meant for the face but I don't recommend it for sensitive skin.
