Cranberry Supplements

Cranberry is good for urinary tract infections and digestion. I don't know about the former but I do know it does wonders for my tummy aches and upsets. When I am feeling queasy from too much foreign/greasy food, I take a cranberry concentrate tablet and the rumbling gets quelled. So much so I almost forget about it. I have been trying this natural remedy for 2 months now and highly recommend it, although not for severe food poisoning cases.
