Kway Chap





My favourite brunch dish is Kway Chap. It is a bowl of broad, flat rice noodles in a dark soya sauce gravy soup and served with sliced duck, fatty pork, pig offal, beancurd, hard-boiled egg and preserved vegetables. Done properly, it is delicious and one of those dishes you just can't get enough of.
