Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay

Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsey is located near Avalon entrance. I wanted to be seated in the aircon section (level 1) but was guided to the bar (level 2). A common predicament of solo diners.

Everything looks well lived in from the decor to the wood platters used to serve starters.

I tried the veal carpaccio that was ok, really tender, sweet but not much beefy flavor. The flavor comes from the roasted vegs and pickles used to season the dish.

Fish & Chips was different but still good. The pea puree was mixed with mint and some other root vege that's quite unexpected. I spread it on bread with tomato sauce and it was all good. Fish was wonderfully seasoned btw, you have to try it.
