Peking Duck

Mom's birthday dinner at Jumbo. Although it is a seafood restaurant, it serves some amazing roast meats, that we were there for as my mom loves her peking duck. The chef cuts the skin of the duck with a little fat and meat in each bite and wraps it in crepes with hoisin sauce and spring onions. The combination is so simple yet addictive.
