Momiji is a Japanese buffet restaurant, and this particular branch does only Shabu Shabu (hotpot). While waiting for the food to cook, we helped ourselves to sushi, seafood bar and crispy fried foods.
I like the rustic charm of this place that lays out all vegetables, fish cakes and noodles in baskets and wooden crates.
You can choose different soup bases but the collagen broth is a crowd pleaser and everyone is having this.
Shabu Shabu meat layed out nicely for everyone to take.
Save room for desserts as there is a waffle station! Indulge in traditional Japanese mochi or Chinese sweet soups, in addition to cakes, ice cream, eclairs.
