Easter Food

Easter weekend is about the revival of Christ. It's also the weekend of familiar foods like hot cross buns and sunday pot roast. This year, I decided to search the internet for new Easter foods and found these recipes that are easy to make and I am sure delicious.

Filo pastry cone brushed with orange food dye, then filled with mashed potato or egg salad. The perfect breakfast for this weekend. The popular deviled eggs gets dyed pastel colours.

If you have egg shape moulds, you can pour gelatine in with salad ingredients like corn, tomato, dill, ham.
