Obsessed with these youtube videos of fruit mju stalls in Cambodia. They eat fresh or pickled fruits like noodles or rice with chili salts and fish sauce. I am satisfying this craving at home with salted plum & fruit juice.
Also tried making my own chili salt, its just chili and salt that you eat with fresh fruits or veges. Some people say have to add sugar to make it more palatable as this is an acquired taste. I like to add stock cubes or chicken powder.
