Itacho

 

This new sushi place at Ion Orchard is quite good. I have been back a few times. My favourites so far are the Lobster Udon with flavourful clear broth that shows the chef's attention to detail.

 

 

They have a sushi roll wrapped in sakura leaves. Interesting for it's uniqueness and really adds another dimension to the taste.

 

For visual appeal there is the jumbo scallop sushi that is really quite huge. Delicious!
