Been busy this last week on a Gordon Ramsy marathon. Watched Hell's Kitchen Season 5 and 6, as well as Kitchen Nightmares Season 5. I know I am a little late hence, the TV marathon. It's really entertaining to see the contestants struggle and backstab each other. The one thing that gets me is the amount of food wastage, especially on quality ingredients!
