I received a non-descript box from my colleague Sharon this morning. Ellie Patisserie from Taiwan. Yumm... just in time for breakfast.
It's rows of individually packed pineapple shortbread. How generous of her to supply each of us with 1 box. I think she knows it is going to be delish! Each pack has 2 rectangular blocks. I gobbled up 3 packs or 6 tarts immediately. Hey! I just thought of another wedding gift.
