My favourite cheesecake is from Bakerzin. The presentation gets mixed up with every menu change, but the recipe is the same. Cream cheese ice-cream on top of a biscuity crust. Now you know why the cheesecake (coupe, crumble etc) is 2x a slice of the normal stuff.
