I have ordered from this place several times before and although each item (like dark soya sauce) is charged individually, its still one of the best chicken rice around coz of the jelly skin you can only get with sous vide.
It's not boneless *signz* but the ample chicken gravy is great with cucumbers and rice. Also remember to order the gizzards, kidney, liver that is properly cooked, no foul smells or hard chewiness.
More salmon sashimi, the fatty omega3 helps heal mouth ulcers especially after mouth blistering hot wings. Maybe you need to eat it twice just to be sure it works.
Kakiage or fried shredded veges with spicy dark sauce and chawanmushi or egg custard.
