Still talking about the stuff I got from Redmart. Bearnaise sauce and Burgundy sauce are 2 great accompaniments to beef, just spoon over a medium rare steak and it's ready to enjoy. However, my family doesn't really eat beef so I am using it to make a fish dish and a pork dish for Easter potlucks this weekend. I may not be Christian but there are soo many of these gatherings where Christians try to get new followers for their church.
Bearnaise sauce is just as good over a poached egg or fish and here I make a cold pasta salad with it. Mix 1 bottle of sauce with 1 can tuna and 1 bag cooked pasta, let cool then refrigerate.
Pork stew with burgundy sauce, can be eaten on its own or with rice/noodles. Boil in a pot 1 kg pork cubes, 2 cans baked beans in tomato sauce, 1 bottle burgundy sauce as well as any vegetables you want (like carrots, potatoes, broccoli).
