Collecting my prize @ Kao Laurier office in UE Square. UE Square is located near Robertson Walk and its ground floor is filled with trendy restaurants and bars frequented by expats (given the number of service apartments in the area).
This is what the inside of the shopping center looks like. Small cafes and pushcarts dominate the foyer catering to the office crowd in the daytime.
There is Cold Storage and Guardian Pharmacy on the 2nd floor. The 3rd floor is filled with kids learning centers. So you know this really services the expatriate families living in the area.
Bought some cheeses from Cold Storage coz we're out of it at home. So far we like the really mild ones like brie and cheddar. Trying out this goat cheese with chargrilled vegetables like the panini sandwich I had @ Ku De Ta.
Having lunch at Delifrance, the coffee is really generous in size. Also got a box of orange macarons for dessert, with buttercream and choc piping on top.
Check out the seating space @ 7-11, first time I have seen this. Picked up some of that new Tao Ti tea and lemon lime shaving cream (travel size) for dad.
