Some soft, pretty, fairy-like knitting projects for all girls to think about. 

All girls want a lace wrap, a much larger version of the shawl. And short of looking like you are wrapping a tablecloth around you, a fuzzy mohair or alpaca yarn woven into an intricate lace pattern is pure magic.

Sweet capelet, woven into lace from the finest 1ply or 2ply yarn in a pastel palette. The perfect addition to any wardrobe as it can be worn over anything and in any weather.

Or if you prefer a full cardigan. In lovely beaded, crystallized or sequined yarn.

A basic slip dress made from several different knit stitches. Knitted dresses are usually translucent so always wear another slip underneath.

A frilly scarf and matching beret or slouchy hat. The version below is made with metallic gold speckled yarn that gives it that gold dusted finish (Louisa Harding's Simonetta yarns).

Knitted items are not restricted to clothes as most people start with cushion cases, in this case embellished with a ribbon, soo frenchy.
