Tau Luon Cam Giac Manh is an amusement park. Traditional Jap Paper museum Nha cu Nguyen Son Ha. There is Cat Ba mountain and Cannon Fort. Stay at Avani or Pearl River Hotel

Mong Cai
Stay at majestic VGR Hotel. On island there is cathedral, lighthouse, beach. Border Gates so be prepared to stay a few days. With existing entry visa, enter China and make arrangements at border for temporary Chinese Residence permit that may take a few days/hours. After receiving China Residence Permit, arrange for China driving licence that may again take a few days/hours. After that I am free to drive into China.
